Beautiful lobby ambiance

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and made our family feel right at home. The front desk staff, especially Marija and Nikoleta, were outstanding, ensuring we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

My kids wished for a children's play area or activities to keep them entertained.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved visiting the amazing swimming pool and relaxing at the Sky Bar with its fantastic views. Heads up, the staff is friendly, but it took a bit to get help with bags. Overall, a great experience!

One downside was the bar's policy that you can't take fresh draft beer to your room, which was unexpected and a bit disappointing.

Additionally, limited toiletries forced me to call the reception for basic items like cotton pads, which somewhat detracted from the convenience you'd expect. On top of that, the Christmas decorations were hardly festive, lacking any creative flair.
